Database Maintenance Plan Setup Failed

I attempted to setup a Database Maintenance Plan in SQL Server 2005 for a nightly full backup of all system & user databases on my development server. When I tried to save the job, the error, "Create failed for job x" popped up. Any suggestions/ideas? No errors in event log.

Can you please check whether job with that name already exists ? If that is the case please try with a new name for the mainteance plan.
